Alright so a couple months ago my clutch started sticking to the floor and had no pressure behind it so we talkd to a mechanic down the street and he believed it was the clutch slave and master cylinders that control the hydraulics. We installed new ones with little complications and got it back to even better shape. Since then, every once in a while it (clutch pressure) has gone low and i need to put in more brake fluid in the master cylinder resevoir. The period between refills has recently shortened. I obviously have a leak somewhere and was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem. I dont know if i should just get the system checked out or just get a new clutch system (would like to avoid bc of money). thats strange. I also had my master/slave cylinders replaced nearly a year ago and havent had any problems since. Maybe there in fact is a leak somewhere along the line.

 

my master clutch cylinder was leaking at the firewall inside the car, right at the top of the clutch pedal; that might be a good place to try and find the leak

 

I'm actually having that exact same problem. About how much did it end up costing to repair/replace?
