I've been trying for sometime to trying to get a Cadalytic Converter for my 2.3 and i cant find one thats cheap and is legal for California. Does anyone know where i can get a pretty Cheap one For my Car?

 

Eastern Catalytic and DEC make units that are reasonably priced (still several hundred $), don't require welding, and will pass your emission test. You can buy a "weld-on" converter for probably $100, but I'm uncertain how they will perform. You might try searching around for a used unit on forums, swap boards, and CraigsList. Someone parting out a car might sell you their converter.

Why do you think your converter is bad?
