Backup light switch location?
'99 CL 3.0. My backup lights stopped working... I've replaced the bulbs and checked the fuse. I bought a new backup light switch that O'Reilly's and Advance showed as the correct one (plunger type that screws into the transmission body). The problem is, I can't seem to locate where this is both by looking all around, and by looking at diagrams of the transmission. Does this car even have a transmission-mounted switch? If not, where is it? In the console maybe?
