acura 2.2cl transmission harddownshift

i have an Acura 2.2cl automatic that downshifts hard when slowing down. i can feel the car downshift when i slow down. does anyone have any ideal what these could be.. or is it normal?..please help

sounds like your tranny is on it's way out, it's common with our auto trannies

you can change the trannie fluid it may help

I have the same thing, when i'm commin up to a stop sometimes it feels like it wants to downshift but waits a few seconds then bangs into first gear when it downshifts. I dont know what the problem is though..
