Have you searched? This topic has been beaten to death, the 94-97 accord bumpers are slightly curved line, where as our bumpers come to a point, so any accord lips will need cut and angled into a point, usually 2-3 inches of the lip needs to be cut out as well, it's been done, especially with rear lips since there is no rear lips made for the CL, however there are 2 front lips made specifically for the CL

Type s-$60
Wings West-$199-$250 depending on where you go

Accord lip....$40-60$ at a local shop with about 3 hours of work into it and fine touches.
