ac causeing over heating
Abit off topic here, but I just pick up a 99 CL 3.0 and have no AC, fans do come on, so I am thinking low freon or maybe something else. Do you know where I can get a diagram of the sensors and electrical wiring that shows the AC connections. I have no manual. In front of the radiator I have a plug with a green tip thats not connected, no sure what that is to be plug into and to the left of that there is another plug not connected. I am thinking they have to do with the AC not working but not sure where to plug them in. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Low Freon is a good guess for me,based on the age of the car the freon may leak thru an O-ring slowly. try going to your nearest auto parts and purchasing a can of it with a hose. Attach the hose with the Can of freon to the line with the blue "L" cap on it(low pressure) hose. Turn your car on,and crank the A/C to the coldest and highest fan setting. Ideally the freon should start to be sucked in from the can, you'll hear the CLICK of the A/C clutch turn on, and your air should be become colder.
