After I unlock the drivers door, if I don't keep the key all the way turned in the cylinder - the door will lock again automatically. Also, I have to keep the locking tab(?) pulled all the way out in order to open the drivers door. The passenger door doesn't have either of these problems, but often the lock/unlock button on the drivers side doesn't end up having any effect on the passenger side lock.

Any ideas, or links? I tried searching, but got a lot of nothing.

 

Usually this means that the door lock is grounding out
