99 acura CL Transmission Issue HELP

Okay i have a 99 acura CL with a J30 motor and auto tranny.
Problem is when the car gets warm or heats up... the tranny stops working.. anybody ever have this issue? Im hoping its just a sensor!

Auto transmissions = glass. It's probably toast.

is your D4 light on or blinking? have you checked the transmission fluid lately? Does park and neutral work normally when its cold?
