97 cl no heat

hope someone can help my 97 cl is blowing cold air with heat on. had this problem weeks ago wiggled the wire harness to the control unit under the glove box now nothing thanks

How hot does the car get? Does it stay around 1/3 or so? If not, could be the thermostat.
