97 acura cl need help please. newbie

I recently bought a 97 cl 2.2 to be my first car I work on myself. On the top left of the engine there is a small black hose from the air intake to the top of the engine. It has a small tear and has oil coming out of it. Not much but enough to tell. What is that house for and is there a special kind of house I need to replace it with? Also the bolts on the top of the engine, I have one that will not tighten down and also seems to be leaking a very small amount of oil. Againnotmuch but enough for didirt to stock to it and you can see it. Any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.

Some pictures might help, if the hose coming from your intake is coming off of your throttle body, then it's most likely a coolant line

My account won't let me post pictures yet I think. But if you give me an email or something I'll send it that way.

If it's a coolant line should it have oil coming out of it? Also since I can't upload pics yet I put the pics in my garage. Search for Bertha.

That's likely a breather hose coming off the valve cover. Oil will make its way into that hose but in small amounts; that's normal and it won't hurt anything. but you should replace the hose if its cracked or torn.
