never thought I would actually see someone say they wanted one of these but I have seen some on ebay that says they are for the first gen CL. I have never actually seen one in person on anyones car. Are you looking just for the hood piece or the whole hood/bumper bra?

im looking for just the hood piece. I had a neighbor who had one and it looked so nice but never had the chance to ask if i could have it because he moved. And i dont trust the ebay ones because they dont have any pictures.

Sorry to get a little off track here but some of these abbreviations used on this forum confuse me. I am 40 years old and when I was younger "ftw" had a meaning and I am almost positive that is not what it is used for on here so what in the world does ftw mean on here?

Pimp23cl's car looked good with a bra.

Wish I had gotten one, the front of my car looks terrible from all the highway driving to and from work.

I think I would cut out the mesh in front of the grill though.

thats exactly what i did when i got mine...turns out the mesh is needed to keep the bra stable at high speeds...i took it on the freeway for the first time and it flapped all over the place. i had to end up buying screening material an sewing it back in. easy fix but for anyone wondering DO NOT CUT THE MESH OUT OF YOUR BRA!

yea it was a pain...sort of worth it tho because whoever the manufacturer of the bra was didnt size the grille properly and the opening was way to small. so before i sewed it back together i resized it. i will try to snap a few pics over the course of the next few days..moving is a bitch!
