1998 CL Heater
Im having trouble with my heater. It takes my car forever to get the heater warm. Even after its warmed up. I cant turn the fan on more than level 2, or it just blows cool air. Help!?

sounds like a blockage in the heater core, or the valve isnt opening ahh the way to the heater core.. i'd check the valve first, i doubt its the air filter.. ahh wait does this car even have a cabin air filter?
