Hi this is my first time using this site. I found a lot of useful information on here. I am having issues with my sun/moon roof. Not really sure what the difference between the two are lol. Long story short it moves only slightly when you push the button to either tilt it or open it all the way. I am not sure why it does this. I can hear the motor working every time i push the button but I always get the same results.

Can anyone help resolve this issue?
