my cl only heats up when the ac is on.i can drive fast or slow orr in traffic,without the ac.what do you think,i work on cars also.tried putting all colant,checked oil level,and water is flowing,and the fan cuts on,only one are both suposed to work at the same time.or should the second one come on with the ac

 

Have you checked the thermostat

 

not yet but it does not overheat unless the ac is on
