Sorry, no pics; but I can explain the removal.
Carefully (with a small flat-head screwdriver) pry the trim ring loose that surrounds your clock, hazzard lights, CD player, and storage compartment (under your CD player).
Disconnect the clock and hazzard lights plugs.
Shine a flashlight under the storage compartment (that's under your CD player). You'll see 2 screws that are mounted on the CD mounting plate.
Remove the 2 screws, and the CD player/storage compartment and mounting bracket will pull out.
Remove the antenna, and CD wire harness, and you're done!
Check the A/V and Electronics Forum for more input on installation ideas.
Also, do a search with the "search button" at the top right of your screen.

he has a 98.
You have to pull out the CD holder in the center console compartment, under that there are 2 screws to remove. Pull out the cup holder and there is a screw by itself at an angle going twards the front of the car, take that one out. Pick up on the back of the armrest to seperate the 2 console pieces. There are 2 screws going down into the wood trim piece, they are on each side of the shifter where the 2 console pieces seperate. There is one more screw behind the ash tray to be taken out... then pull up on the trim by the shifter and it will pull off... then unplug the wires from the clock and hazard buttons. If you have a manual transmission, you will need to remove the shift knob first. Pull down on the chrome piece at the base of the knob, then unscrew the knob counterclockwise.
