i just popped a boner.the white looks sick with them rims,tell nipp he's beat and head to mexico.:thief:jk that is def hotness,the whole car flows perfectly now i want black with a chrome lip.........

that would look a lot better without the paint chipping on the whiper blades and 2 holes in your bumper

Must confess, the shie on the car isnt that shiny, due to the flash of the camera, and a tiny bit of clearing the pic up, but the color and paint is very close to looking like that, only way to find out is to see in person. But that pic is doin just a tiny bit more for the car lol. But in a few months, i think im going to change it to a BRIGHT candy apple red with a serious clear coat job, I want it to be that shiny.

 

Yo legendary, I agree with klepto... I also wanted those rims before I got the ones I have... Maybe you can convince him to give them to you as a present or something... lol

I have a set of dual exhaust in my garage waiting to put on. Made for our CL by XS. If they're as good as their headers, they'll be sweet! After I see how they are, I'll have them for $299 delivered. They look REALLY nice anyway.

 

Tell me more, I may have to change my exhaust plans

 

nippon if i was legendary you'd be so beat :thief:. the white really brings them out.don't get me wrong they look hot on your car but def hotter on the white,so clean and crispy

 

Here's some un-installed pics. The only thing I can see is we have to fabricate a left muffler hanger because our cars are single exhaust.

I'll have to check further on that. Mine is a '97 CL 3.0. They asked me to install them on my '00 TL at first, but I already have an Apexi on that so I'm thinking it might be like the XS headers? I'll find out for sure. I'm going to try to get them installed tomorrow as I have a stress test all morning then the rest of the day off. Those '97 bolts look like they're going to be fun though. Have to buy a 6 pt 13mm socket today as I only have hand tools. My TL exhaust went pretty smooth, but that was 3 years newer. We'll see. I'll keep you posted.

Please keep me posted as well, the only thing I'm concerned about is the routing of the pipes may be off, but let me know, and take lots of underneath pics.

Yep, you're absolutely correct. The routing is screwed up. I'm glad I found out before I cut off my CL exhaust. They're for the TL. I looked at my Apexi on the TL and the routing is the same. Oh well, sorry for the CL, it really needed it.
