Hey guys just wanted to post this pic.. Put the rims on Friday took the pic on sunday... Driving to work on Monday hit the biggest Pot Hole in my life the the front pass rim CRACKED!! So here is the only pic anyone will see lol Had them for 72 hours and now there gone.... Tell me what you guys think... Get new white rims ?or switch it up to black?

Yea..i hear ya.. Sat. I hit a huge pot hole (actually it was an uneven road surface..they tore out one road and didnt put in a cement "ramp" and there was no warring signs so basically i hit a 4" rise in the road @ 45mph) which bubbled my tire and bent both rims on the passenger side sooo bad that not my car can no longer be aligned...basically the 2 wheels are totaled. (when my car was in the air checking for damage, they spun both wheels and basically the wheels looked like a 1/2 circle...they were almost flat on one side because they bent soo bad)

So anyway, im going after the city/construction company for damages. (I guess i'll be filing a claim w/ their insurance. Soo, the new wheels I've been wanting for forever, i'll now be able to get. Just I'll pay for 2 and the city will pay for the other 2 (plus my extra cost for the more expensive rims)

So last night I called to find out more info about my *dream wheels* that I've been wanting. I find out they no longer make the wheel in the black color scheme that I want. They discontinued it and only make silver, white, and chome. Sooo..now im going to have to buy the silver, and then get them sandblasted and custom painted which will be another $200 (i did custom paint on my wheels now...which explains why the city cant just buy me 2 replacements...plus i'd rather have my *dream wheels*

Soo all in all, its a nightmare but hopefully things will work out....atleast im getting new rims now, because i didnt think i'd be able to afford them until next year.
