they are the 5 smt high power 194 wedge bulbs from v-leds.com...probably going to be on sale soon since they're 6k and now they clash with my 4300k bulbs. They're awesome but I think I'll be going back with amber corners now...also going to upgrade to 55 watt ballasts

I might pick those up from you flip, the LEDs. One of mine burned out and the ones I got now seem TOO blue compared to my 6000Ks.
Projos look hella good though. Can't wait too see the writeup so I can hop on the projo train.
Looks great breh.

Thanks a bunch guys!! I'll be 100 percent honest...these do require 'some' shaving/cutting...but very very minor...and the things that have to be cut/shaved are all things that will be covered up by putting the stock 9006 reflector back on as well as the rear bulb holder. AKA you can return the headlights to stock looking form at any time. My write-up will explain it better. Still working on it...in the meantime here's some more pictures with better resolution.
The ultimate goal was to have projectors that came as close to 'looking like they came on the car stock' to an untrained CL connoisseur's eye. I'd say they did that fairly well. I might try experimenting with the eyelids I still have just to add a touch of flair.

The only times I get weird looks now is when the color flicker is going bezzerk in their rearview or oncoming traffic...

Your lenses look BRAND new... Super dope, compared to mine that have taken a beating over the last 12 years it seems like.
I got a brand new drivers side lens laying around, but I ain't gonna put it on til' I buy the passenger side light/lens so they match and are both new.
But yours look perfect.

Thanks a lot for the feedback guys
As per shaving, I'm still working on the diy, but to be completely honest, there's a few spots that require shaving, due to how cramped our headlights are and the super concave nature of the reflector housing.
The first is shaving down the top of the area behind 9006 glare shield holder, as well as shaving down the reflector leading up to the 9006 hole. Again, once you screw the glare shield holder back in, you can't even see the shaving since it covers it all up. If you're really anal and wanted to go back to stock, you could also put a tiny strip of aluminum tape over it to further cover up the shaving. Note that I was pretty lackadaisical and shaved a bit more than I needed to, but honestly it doesn't even matter since it could all be covered up anyways.

Next is, again, something that won't even be noticed once you put the stock parts back on. When you unscrew the 3 screws that hold the 9006 stock bulb holder assembly, all you'll need to do is shave down the sides of the plastic near the holes in order for the projector retaining clip to fit in. Simple enough. If you ever want to return it to stock, you just screw the stock 9006 bulb holder back in, and your stock 9006 bulbs fit perfectly like normal.

About the ONLY thing that 'might' be noticeable for someone who's looking is making a cut in the front reflector assembly...just a slight enough cut to allow more clearance for the shroud if you need to aim your projectors down more to get the cutoff low enough. Fortunately for me, mine aimed perfectly when the shroud was sitting right against the reflector. Again, you may or may not need this cut, but even if you do...if you make nice and neat cuts with your dremel and finish off with a sanding disc, people will be hard-pressed to see that you did anything to your headlights unless you're way up close and REALLY looking for it.

These are by far the smallest projectors on the market that money can buy. And on top of that they're bixenon. If you're looking to retrofit in our housings, these are by far the easiest and require the least modification. Rotation adjustment can be done with the headlights sealed up and installed on the car. Just reach behind, loosen the projector locking nut, and turn the projector as needed...then retighten the nut. Vertical adjustments are made via the stock headlight dial screws.
Regarding any holes, the stock headlights already have several holes in them for proper ventillation and allowing moisture to dissapate. But with the modifications for this projector, you will make no additional holes. I only accidentally caused a tiny hole (as pictured) in the reflector assembly when shaving down the back too much, but this doesnt matter at all since the stock rubber boot still installs behind it and seals it off/covers it up.
Thanks for looking

haha yeah, pretty incredible huh. A year ago the best you could do is buy a pair of tsx single xenon oem projectors for ~150, spend another 30-50 for shrouds, another ~10 or so for mounting hardware...then countless hours drilling and figuring out mounting methods. These truly are revolutionary ![Smile](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

secure a secure can be. Each projector weighs about 10 ounces...basically negligible. And trust me, I know all about the slammed suspension on full stiff haha I've put these projectors through their paces

Hmmm I know you wanted to keep your headlights semi-stock looking but I think the ambered corners would like sexy. Personally I prefer ambered corners with a blackhoused set of headlights (like spencer's). But, I think it ties together the bumper lights and the headlights.
