I've Had my car and known about Azine for a while but am just
now posting Pics, ENJOY ! !













No Mods Except for minor cosmetics and my audio. Also Sorry about the grainy pics, I don't have a digital camera and had to scan each photo in myself.
I don't think the car looks too bad the way it is, but I am looking into clear corners.

My audio system consists of:

Polk db6500 speakers
Kenwood KDC-MP 4032 Head Unit
Profile HA 1040 4-channel Amp
Polk MOMO 10" sub
Kenwood KAC-9103D 1-channel Amp
Tsunami PP-1002TM Capacitor

 

Not feeling the pinstripes... maybe better pics... its kinda hard to see...

The "Thick" Looking Pinstripe is actually 2
a 1/4 line,
then a 1/8 space,
then a 1/8 line.


I know, I know, the stickers look like a dumb idea, but they've grown on me....

I can tell that there are two lines... I don't know... better pics fo sho... I have mine a little lower... and I stopped it at the headlights... Pin striping is supposed to bring out the lines on the body... not go on the hood or trunk...

the pinstripe is odd, and id say take the stickers off. ESPECIALLY when its for audio products youre just asking to be jacked.

 

Luckily for me I live out in the country, Spring Grove if anyone knows where that is.
Out here your more likely to have livestock stolen than an acura. (Just kidding)
Anyways, thanks for the input. But most people around here like big trucks and SUV's (so I at least I hope my cars safe)

The pinstripe however makes my car unique (whether for good or bad ) and I like it. All comments are welcome, but for now, the pinstripe is staying on.

 

If they're into big trucks and SUV's they'll still need audio setups.. So yeah, consider the stickers gone.

On the pinstripes:

If the reason you don't like it is because of the "feathery looking thing on the back, I understand. If it's because of the pinstripe going onto the car's hood, that's fine too, but really, it's right now the way I like it.

On the stickers:

Thanks for your concern. I still don't see any reason to take them other then it draws negitive attetion fom would be car/ audio thieves. To 99.9% of the people out there that would be reason enough, just not for me.

I believe though that putting custom paint, body kit, dropped suspension, or even putting a loud muffler on your car may make it more desireable to car theives by advertising you A) have a very nice car; or B) you may expensive aftermarket engine parts worth the same as my audio. I don't want to sound defenseive or rude so please excuse me if so.

ANYWAYS; I will continue to consider any critisism you may have.

Well thats all it is, is criticism. Obviously you have the choice to take it or leave it and I'm seeing that you understand that. And yeah, those are the reasons why i dont like the pinstripe, the feathery looking thing and the fact it goes to the hood. And the stickers just because I dont like the cluttered looking of things, but if you like it, than thats the whole point. Other than that, good stuff!

i love the green color, but im hoping you bought the CL with that pinstripe.

 

stripes arent all that bad but the stickers got to go.. for looks and safety reasons, does not matter where you live theres always that one person out there ready to :thief:

 

 

Acctually, the color of the car is a little wierd.... because when you look at it in direct sunlight it's greenish, and in the shade you can clearly say it's blue. The car was in an accident before I got it so maybe it was repainted badly ( green over blue?); however the car has that same effect all around it and evenly too. I read the color code and it's BGP40 or somthing like that. when I went to the acura dealership for one of those small touch up bottles it said blue-green pearl. I haven't used the touch up bottle yet, but I'm thinking I need to try it on a piece of metal just to see.

 

Blue-green pearl doesnt sound like they gave you a shitty paint job. Sounds like you're now part of the 'custom' paint section.

 

Everyone I know who puts stickers of audio products on their car usually gets them stolen cuz they're giving thieves free advertising, but hey it's your car

 

I don't know anyone that puts audio stickers on their cars... I occasionally see someone drive by with something like an alpine banner on their car, and I hope they park in a garage, and have an alarm with a backup battery.

 

Why would anyone steal just the stickers?

Pinstriping and u need to clean up that trunk bad! hide tha wires dont jus tie em up! also get rid of tha stickers! then youll b straight

york,pa is one of the biggest tuner cities i've seen. every time i go up there theres always a bunch of nice cars........alot of ricers but still...
they've held nopi shows there a few times and tuner evolution show is out there this weekend too.

well how far away are you from philly. i cant imagine anything in PA begin a bigger tuner city that that. and then pittsburgh in 2nd.

 

hmm ive seen better cars in york than i have philly. i live like an hr and some from philly and york. but yeah york is pretty umm how should i say this........urban. but yeah pa isnt just country land like new york isnt all city.

heh, there aren't very many tuners here, we are a rare breed, but we got ricers out the ASS

 

for the most part the whole state of new jersey are tuners, it doesnt really matter what part of jersey your in, theres a large following of hondas no matter where you are. most of them are thieves, except for the jersey shore kids, they can leave there swapped hatches in the street with the doors unlocked and it will be there in the morning.

 

I put pepsi bottles in oversized shit cans.

omGZ, I saw the BIGGEST spoiler the other day. It was like a freaking old school eclipse spoiler, on a honda civic. It was in my schools parking lot. I have no clue whos it was, but it gave me a very good laugh that morning. I wish I would of taken a picture of it.
