Tune up time?
I think its time for a tune up...when i did a little searching...alot of people seem to have the same problem at times as me...when I fire her up she gets scared and shakes
So, im going to do a tune up...what do i do? LOL My old cars id do spark plugs...
With a 3.0, what do i do? Spark plugs...cap/rotor... thanks for the helpi think it looks like a 3.0 spark plug change is a bitch for the 3 rear plugs.

OHHH ok...i was checking out under my good old hood today and i noticed my wires actually say 1997* on them...so im guessing there orignal, and probably my spark plugs too.
Im going to get this done soon, maybe at the time of my next oilchange.

The rear plugs are tough to replace especially if it is your first time doing it. The manual recommends using a torque wrench a tightening it to 13 ft-lbs (I did mine at 10 ft-lbs coz i was scared that I might over tighten it in case my wrench was not accurate). Use oem plugs and get pre gapped ones (usually has the number 11 at the end like the OEM ngk pzfr5f-11 meaning the gap is 1.1 mm). I used to have the ngk iridiums now I have the denso platinum TT, both worked fine but I plan to go back OEm again to see if it will improve my mpg. Good luck

My car is a 1998 THANKS!
And im thinking of going either NGK or OEM. But im not going to be installing them, my brothers work(Honda) will do them for me. You can tell its a bitch to do because its 1hour labour just to do the plugs LOL
