several members have requested the SM instructions on PS fluid replacement. sooo, here is the PDF for changing your power steering fluid in the 2.2/2.3. (3.0 similar). You will need 2 bottles from the dealer and an assistant to start/stop the engine.

Oddly, the manual does not recommend an interval, so I recommend performing this service every 60-80k mi. If you have access to some misc. hoses and connectors, it helps a lot. Jamming a container near the belts is kind of a pain and unsafe, so I connected a nice long tube from the return hose to a container I had sitting comfortably away from the drive belts. The return hose is not under high pressure, but will force the fluid out very quickly once the engine is started.

As always, PLEASE only use Honda PS fluid.

um, everytime i change my PS fluid, i just pump the old fluid out with a pump from these types of bottles
and then put my new PS in. quick and simple.
