don't bother with the F22 unless you're going boost.

buy and H22 and build it gradually. valves, springs, cams, port polish, IM, flywheel, clutch, ebay intake, 3" exhaust and Jasma or Hytech/Replica header.
swap in and tune with chipped ECU. 200whp.

Most turbo systems add anywhere between 40-60% horsepower increase to your car. For example with an 8 psi turbo you go from 145 hp to about 210, thats an increase of ~45%. However, if you have a highly modded engine they can make a turbo that increases your horsepower by as much as 80%, most are for off road use only though. In terms of torque you could expect anywhere from 100-200 lbft increase. Now your F22 should be able to handle anywhere between a 6-8 psi turbo without major mods. You have these guys with the 94-97 accords with 10-14 psi turbos after taking the engine apart and rebuilding them with some racing rods, pistons, bearings, rings, cams, etc... just to handle the pressure. In my opinion you should get the 8 psi, and look through the threads on the installation, a couple of guys have done it here. If you have the tech know how it should take you between 8-12 hours to complete, if not then take it to a shop and they can get it done for you in that time... but you would definitely enjoy having a turbo with your 2.3. I however cant really put much into a 3.0 without having to make some room and get a new transmission. But good luck with the install if you get it.

a 2.2cl or 2.3cl needs a custom turbo, because there is no kits for it..

true but I didn't say they made one for it. There are kits out there for the Honda Accord with the F22 and they are able to handle certain things. Even if you went and bought the Honda Accord turbo you could still make it work for your car you just have to have the technical know how to do it or you could take it to a specialty shop to get it done. There was a guy on here that bought the Accord Turbo kit an fabricated it to make it work...
