headlight direction (how to change it)

1997 cl

How do i aim the headlights down, a buddy did it before but i dont know which bolt to turn..

which one do i turn?

I know there is a gear thing on the side of the headlight and I think you just put a screwdriver in that gear to turn it which way you want it. I know there is a section in the owners manual about it
