Windshield wiper motor died....
Well I was coming home from work and about 2 blocks away from my house one of the wipers slowly stoped working.. So when I got home I was playing with it. it's like the motor was dying... If I nudged it up it would move.. that only lasted for a couple seconds because soon after that the other wiper started moving slowly. I couldn't even believe it, I was so angry.. Does this mean the motor is fried?

I guess if your linkage was screwed up enough it would cause what you are seeing.
If you need it I can email you the shop manual pages for the wiper motor / linkage so you can remove it and check it out. Just PM me your email addy....

well I just tightened those bolts on both the wiper arms.. And they're working now.. It's kind of freaky tho, both arms came lose at the same time I thought the motor died. looks like i'm good for now at least
