windshield lining problem

windshield lining problem
The lining on my passenger side winshield blew off at about 110. Almost came in the window. I replaced it about 3 months ago. The other day the drivers side came loose.
Any one else heard of this problem?

Sorry. Don't go 110 to often to have any problems like that. 
Was it just the blade or the whole assembly? It it was just the blade, I wouldn't be surprised. If it was the assembly, it was probably faulty anyway and was bound to come off eventually.
