wind deflector?

I was thinking of getting a super mod... a wind defector for the sun roof... what do you think does it help or hurt. They are damned expensive a dual flap one totals 80 bucks!

I had one and it blocked my sunroof a lot but cut down on wind noise so its up to you It also took away some of the smoothness of the car (looks wise) Oh what is a double flap one?

one came on my car but i took it off, didn't like the lines. And the downfall to those is that if you don't regularly take it off and clean under it you scratch the hell out of the paint on top.

Are you referring to this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2421492809 ?

I got this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2421477746 It works great, especially when I have my daughter in the rear seat. Helps block sunlight (at certain angles) and keeps the wind out of her face!

Had one on another car, it kinda does fade evenly and will give a slight color difference when u take it off after long term use. basically like a bra, the front will look newer than the rest of the car. It kinda good but sux because it looks out of place.

yeah the first link you posted dust. Hmm so it keeps the paint it covers looking newer than the rest.... I got a car bra too since my front bumper seems to attract other bumpers... I baught it "used" tried on and then sold. But it didn't come with the screws anyone know where I can get them? I think they are the ones that are called snap screws? if anyone has a bra the factory one can they tell me where I can get replacement parts? the hardware store or gotta call up acura and have them send me the screws... probably cost a few fingers for that...
