Will a throttlebody spacer fit with a SRI?

Guys, you know the throttle-body spacer for the 3.0's, I know some of you got it. I know there are clearance issues with the Cold-Air-Intake, but how about with the SRI? Could I get a SRI and a throttle body spacer without making any modifications?

Are you saying that the helix power tower will fit? Because I know that. What I want to know is if you would have to make modifications to the Short Ram Intake so that it'll have enough clearence, because I think it was Dustbuster who had to cut his CAI to make it fit.

Rick did not need to cut his CAI to make the helix fit
