Widest Tire

What is the widest size tire that can fint on the cl.... i dont know about you guys but i think they way the M3 and all of those other mean machines look bad ass with their wide ass wheels.

What is the widest tire that will fit with out modification?

What is the widest tire that can be done by rolling the fender or getting new fenders?

Widest tire on the stock setup should be 225's. I have those on mine.

I think the widest rims that will fit are 7.5.

I have 225s on a 7.5" wide rim and I know you can do a 8" wide rime (as shown above) and I have zero rubbing lowered 2" all around. Offset is everything...

18x8's will work w/ the right offset. but it'd be pointless since you can fit a 225 tire on a 18x7.5. You can even fit it on an 18x7.

I want some wheels that stick out further. The ass of our car looks damn narrow like the focking Expedition. I want the outside of the wheel to be even with the top of the fenders. I think you can fit a wider wheel with the right offset that puts them further out.

They sell from h&r wheel spacers that fit snugg on our wheels. Makes the rim stick out about 1/2 inch. Not much but you can get a wider weel/tire. They are a little pricey though.

lol does the 2.3 even have enough torque to turn a 9-10 inch rim on a 235/245/255 series tire? or however big fits on a 10". DAMN I feel slugish with 7.5"
