That sounds a little steep for bolts and a gasket.

all you do is unbolt the stuff in the way of the oil pan (its like a metal brace and a tranny cover) then unscrew all the way around the pan. it takes about 45 minutes to take it off and put it back if you have a socket adapter for a drill or air tools.

I was at installing my header and i was going to do it at the same time. i saw the tranny part, and didnt even try. But if its just a tranny cover.. then maybe ill try. I didnt even see bolts for the tranny part. Hybridnrg is my witness we were under my car and we both were a lil overwhelmed..

That is EXACTLY what I did. It was very easy man. Just be careful not to scar the clock when taking off old pan. And make sure you seal the new one really well. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN...just enuff. Rotate your tightening, so you evenly distribute the seal across the entire pan. You will need Honda bond and/or A new gasket..oh, and an oil pan.

if you are going to do it yourself, ask someone on the board to find out what torque spec you need on those bolts. and get a torque wench.

how much is the pan itself gunna be?
