Whoa!!!

Yo whats up everyone.

yesterday i ran into a problem. i was driving my 89 continental

(128,xxx) miles and it decided to not go any more.

i think the vacuum hose or something got F-ed up ..

well im deciding to get rid of it (probably donating it)

unless some1 wants to buy it off of me for 500 bucks

My perdicament is whether or not to buy a new car or

pay for the insurance on my acura.

the insurance is high and there is too many cars to sit on my

driveway to afford to insure them all..

i am DEFINATELY not parting with my CL..

someone give me some ideas of transportation that is cheap

, again , i am looking for an affordable way to get around

Well if the insurance is high for your CL think of what it's going to be on a new car!!! I would suggest just paying for the insurance on the CL. By the way how many points do you have on your driving record? How old are you? Any accidents? All these things affect insurance.

Sweet jesus.

I'd suggest riding a bike, bumming rides off a friend, or trying to find cheaper insurance.

My insurance is 660/6 months and that's for an STi w/low deductibles and 100/300 coverage. Even when I was younger the highest mine got was 1200/6, I can't possibly imagine paying 3 times that. O_o

Yeah I got 5200 for 12 months last year. According to my insurance guy, since I am 25 It will drop to 3700 because I just turned 25. at the 5200 range, I had 1 speeding ticket, 1 accident, and live in a high risk area, NYC.

That is kinda of a misconception. It only takes points off ur driving license to avoid subspension. It doesn't take off the insurance points from ur record. BUt the 10% does help only on liability though not all around.
