Lately when i turn the car off it seems to like come back on for a second as im turning it off Like the dash lights come back on for a second once i turn the car off like a 2nd wind. anyone elses car do that? im talking about the SRS / brake light

 

if just the lights come on then maybe something is wrong with your airbags. I know the srs light usually stay on when you turn the car on, to test the system. then they go out, but that sounds wierd. isn't that how hoopties in the movies do before they shut off. like smokey's shit in friday

 

When you turn the engine off, how far do you turn the key back? I think if you don't turn it far back enough, it'll be in the II position and that will light up all those lights.
