Wheel alignment problem, HELP????

I noticed that the inside of my tires were wearing out so I decided to get a wheel alignment. Soon after I had it done and drove away I started to feel and hear this sound coming from the front as I was doing over 20 mph. It sounded like a humm/whizz sound. I brought it back and explained to him the problem so he put it back on the lift. After checking it he said that the alignment was fine becuase all he adjusted was what the computer said to adjust. This is the thing, I have Eibach Pro Kit and know that my camber is more negative than it should be, which is fine, however maybe he adjusted it more on the positive side? Does anyone have an idea on what the camber specs are and should I take it somewhere else and have them adjust it or take it back to the original person and have them reverse what they did? Sorry for the BOOK REPORT

The tires wear was uneven and then the alignment was corrected. Now the tire is going to wear on a different part of the tire, maybe that is the noise
