The street name is sprewells, others call them spin-tec, and they are very pricey, U can buy the rims with the spining part already on it, or u can buy the spinner add-on, the spinner add-on is about $8,000, just to give u an idea

they are called OG mexicana rims where im from. thats all the mexs use out here and i hate them. they would not and ever look good on a cl. dont bother with em try for a nice rim that is cheaper than that POS and get those wheel lights and then you can have something spinning on your wheel. hjehhehehheheh. i hate those lights i saw a integra with them on last night and they were blue to bad all he could see is my back end.

Yea, the "real" ones are made by davin also, a company called omega has them too. The "fake" ones are just adapters like a helicopter blade that you take out your center cap and put them in there. IMO, dont put them on your car, they are very expensive and only look good on a couple of cars that i've seen them on. A benz S class and an escalade, they are

Definitely cant picture them on a CL, Im sure it would be a first. Certainly wouldnt be my choice. I think they look best in larger sizes like 22 - 24" on big SUV's....they are nice but not for the CL IMO
