What's the consensus on ebay cheap exhausts?

What's the consensus on ebay cheap exhausts?
What is your impression of some of the 1994-97 Accord exhaust systems for under $275 made by Megan, Tsudo, OBX, etc?
They claim T-304 Stainless steel, triple polished, mandrel bent piping, adjustable silencer in muffler, and nice sound, performance, etc.
I can't afford Greddy, but I want the HP of cat-back exhaust. What are your thoughts?
Oh- this would be for '98 2.3. Will the '94-97 exhaust fit?
