For $1500, you can change your suspension. Go get Eibach prokits and Tokico shocks (around $700 with installation). Then get an AEM cold air intake ($200) and DC sports header ($350). Save whatever's left for 18 inch rims!

Just my 2 cents...

Heres a good start:

Tint Windows
Take out your air silencer
Eibach prokit
Shocks
Then save up for some 18's

I say go get rims. Thats the one thing that can dramatically change the entire look of your car. I would get all the expensive stuff now while you got the loot. Because everything else is just a little cheaper. If you have a 3.0 I don't know if you can get a DC Sports header.

comptech headers are pretty much one of the most expensive things u can do. so u can get them out of the way now. i beleive u get 19hp more at the wheels. also if u get rims get very light ones. this can also drastically improve the acceleration of ur car. i think for every 1 pound u take off a rotating mass its like taking off 7lbs dead weight. im not sure on that. but i don know if u get rims considerable lighter then stock >=15 lbs u will get some very good results.

CROSS DRILLED / SLOTTED BRAKES... mosty expensive thing you can do.. but HEADERS is a good place to start.. choose beauty over boost or boost over beauty!!!

I'd have to go with MikeSwing on this one. Wheels, wheels, wheels. I got mine for ~$1300 so you might be able to squeeze in an AEM CAI, some fogs, or clear corners. Dont know if AEM's underdrive pulleys fit the 3.0, but if engine upgrades is what your looking for, the most dramatic improvements on my 2.2 were the pulleys, intake, and ignition. If you cant get the pulleys do the cat-back, CAI, and ignition, wires, and plugs.

Just an opinion...

I would/am getting suspension before I buy rims. If you slap rims on with stock suspension your car will look like its ready to go offroading. I'm getting a set of sportlines and tokico blues this weekend. Then next summer I'm going to buy some 18's.
