I would not recomend using coil-overs. I take it you want to go low, most of us use sportlines with tokico blues, they drop around 2" & ride awesome. The probelem with basic coil-overs is they tend to give you a really bouncy ride.......

if you get coilovers get true coilover systems with the threaded shocks...not the coilover sleeves like the maxspeeds that you are looking into...they will mess up your ride like crazy...i've used matrix coilovers and it messed up my suspension...if you dont want to spend more than 800 for true coilovers you should consider a spring and shock combo ...which is wat most ppl here run...

I had 300 lb/in front and 250 in back 8" long Eibach Race Springs on Ground Control coilover sleeves on KYB AGX shocks. As long as the equipment is quality, the springs are the correct length for the shocks, and the spring rates don't overpower the shocks, you won't have a problem. My car was only lowered by .75" or so with the coilovers. I could've gone as far as 2" lower but that would have killed the KYBs in no time (not to mention messed up the handling).

Around or more than a 2" drop is still stock? If you are going with stock rims, then there is going to be some gap left, but slap on some nicer 18's and it should look very tuckdth=CLpower, where is that pic again?

Whats a good price to pay for the tokicos. I found them on nopi for $85 a piece. Anybody know of another place? Also what is the 411 on the shocks. Is the pearch different than stock. If so how much lower does this make your car?

sportlines...they drop to the point that you cannot almost fit any fingers in the wheel gap..it takes away almost all of it...
