Honestly. If your to cheap to buy a cai then get a K&N air filter. try that

If you dont want to mess with the CAI (no mods by the way direct fit) try the underdrive pulleys. I think theyre like $150 for both. These are a little harder to put on than the CAI though (I had to use an impact on the alternator nut).

AEM-21-408 is $199.95 from re-racing.com .....yes its the one from the accord.

cai cold air intake is prob ur best bang for the buck. easy install. this is what it looks like,. costs about 200.

A CAI will run you close to $200 smackers but I think you can get a Weapon's R short ram for something between $160 to $180.

oh... and the side skirts.. theyre the same ones as the 94 to 97 accord. just like many engine parts for the cl.

Check out www.groupbuycenter.com I remember seeeing some cheap CAIs on there. There are a couple group buys for the AEM CAI check them all cause i think its the last one thats the cheapest 170 i believe

Dont know too many NOS setups you can get for less than $500. He said not too expensive as well.

Yeah, I'd agree on a CAI but not the short ram ones. I'd recommend not to mess around and get an AEM CAI. You'll notice the difference for sure. I got mine at Nopi. It's $197. but as others said, you could get it slightly cheaper elsewhere.
