What does this mean?

Okay, so by now, I have taken my car to 2 mechanics and asked a third mechanic about what the other 2 had said (to just drive it around for about a week, and hope that I have driven enough "cycles" to refill the car's diagnostic test "memories" and can therefore pass smog), and the 3rd mechanic agreed.

The second mechanic was nice enough to do a "OBD II Manual Mode Readiness Test" and here are the results:

Misfire Status - Complete
Fuel Status - Complete
Comprehensive Status - Complete
Catalyst Status - Not Complete
Heated Catalyst Status - Not Complete
Evaporative Status - Not Complete
Secondary Air Status - Not Available
AC Status - Not Available
Oxygen Status - Not Complete
Oxygen Heater Status - Not Complete
EGR Status - Complete

DTC Reported - There are NO CODES to report!

I have also checked my car and the Check Engine light does flash briefly right after I start the car, so I know the light works...Any other on what might be the problem???

how far away from the smog place do u travel from. if the exhaust doestnt get to 600deg. the o2 sensors will not pickup anything. and that is the point to where the catlyst starts to break down harmful carbons.

in short u may not be driving long enough to let ur car warm up to the 600deg exhaust temp.
