Okay, I guess we're going to have this fight again. It does NOT stand for "contemporary luxury", it stands for "coupe luxury". The last time this came up I actually called Acura and got that answer from them (after they put me on hold for quite awhile), which jives with what my dealer told me when I bought it and with what quite a few other people on this board have been told.

As an aside, TL stands for "touring luxury".
