9006 lows / 9005 high beams

A lot of people on here use sylvania silverstars or nokya's.

I had Nokya stage II artic whites, but couldn't pass inspection with them cuz they're blue/white so I went back to sylvanias, cuz I'm getting HID's

Sylvanias are a good cheap option, but if you have the money to spend I'd go with PIAAs or just put the money up for HIDs and be done with it.

i have 7000K bulbs i got off of ebay. Lifetime warranty on them and paid $35 shipped for Highs/Lows.. Pretty good deal and they have the blue tint so they look luxurious... now only if i can get my headlight to aim i'd be all good!

the reason why the aim is all off on ebay brands is because the bulbs might be bent in a way that is different from stock.. if u look in your CL's owners manual it tells u how to fix your headlight aim

u can keep the stock harness. Nokya's are supposed to drain more than regular, but I didn't have any problems. They aren't bright at all though, just blue. The silverstar's are good, but you loose them after a few months

piaa platinum for me, ion crystal fogs, extreme white blinkers.

one of my low beams finally failed yesterday. I originally mounted them in oct 2000, so they've lasted five + years. after reading how everything else fails in months instead of years, I'm staying with piaa.

replaced them from a local shop at $60 for the pair, but they're called star white now.

This is a ok pic I just snapped. 30 secs exp.

If you want that JDM yellow look, get them. I let my girlfriend crive my car while I was driving her jetta. My car was soooooooo prettty! The yellow was awesome and I went ahead and stopped to see her drive by. I could see it from like a 1/4 mile away.

I love them.

IMO.... Luminics JDM Yellow > Silvania Silver Stars
