What is the biggest alternator i can fit into my 3.0CL

What is the biggest alternator i can fit into my 3.0CL. I know a stock alternator is 105amps but I have a lot of electrical aftermarket stuff. I have noticed my interior lights dimming/ flickering. Since the trans is run electronically it might solve my shifting problem. Also the fuel pump is ran electronically and I been having acceleration problems and I'm thinking that the fuel pump needs more power to pump faster. Also my fuel gage has been acting weird, (full to 3/4= 100miles) (3/4 to 1/2= 15miles) (1/2 to 1/4= 15miles) not sure what 1/4 to E is because I always fill up at 1/4. Also I have just installed a test pipe with a weapon R CEL eliminator. And the CEL eliminator might have something to do with me using so much gas.

It completely depends on your budget. You could probably find a 300A unit to put on there, if you had the $500-600 for one. There are plenty of good brands, depending on how long you're willing to wait. Something in the 160-180A range is probably significantly more affordable and will likely power whatever you have. So the question becomes, what are you trying to power that is aftermarket?

I think there's a larger alt for an Odyssey or something along those lines, that would probably fit your needs best for that budget. The only thing on that list that should draw a decent bit of current is the amp (and only if it's a legitimate 1500w amp, not just some over rated POS), so you most likely have a bad ground somewhere, which is causing your issue.
