Klep, they know, it's a typo. These are the same rotors that dustbuster had for a while. They know there's no 96, and they know about the 97's hub over design, look at my pic.

$450 included all 4 rotors, zinc plated. 4 axxis metal master brake pads, and a full set of stainless steel brake lines. Not bad for the whole set. If you bought them individually it'd be like $6-700
I've ordered the lip nippon, thats why you ask so you can be sure and not by a body kit and end up you don't like it turn around and try and have to sell it and then get a lip kit. Also I'm still looking for the headlights all I want is someone to make them. Everything else I have ever wanted I've got oh well back to the subject which one of the above that I posted do you guys like?

They're both good kits, I looked at both. It's mostly preference, the second set is just slotted rotors, the IRotors are cross drilled and slotted. I think the second set comes with calipers, but i've already replaced my calipers, I just wanted cross drilled/slotted, pads, and ss brake lines. Whichever you think suits you better.
Soo are you guys pleased with the Irotors kit?? (thats what I'll probably get.) Can you tell a big difference over the OEM rotors and pads?? (I mean are they worth gettin??)
Lastly, how about the Axxis pads they come with? I assume their not ceramic but are they good??

I'll let you know tommorow, they're being installed right now. And the axxis pads I believe are ceramic, they have very little metal in them. Can't get my car back till tommorow, dude's making me put my stock headlight bulbs, and amber corners back on, in order to pass inspection.
So these'll be on till tommorow, when I take the car home and swap my nokya's and clears back on.
Dude's charging me $290 for rotor and pad install. Not TOO bad, but still kinda pricey.
But anyway, I'll let you know in the next day or 2 how the brakes are. But I've read reviews on here, and they're supposed to be pretty good. Perhaps jamz can shed more light on them?

Yea...the local Acura dealer wants ~$450 for all new OEM rotors and pads, so these would be better quality and for the same price. (i got quoted $175 for install)
Jamz - Soo are u pleased with them?? (I actually dont know what other brand/kind/kit I'd get for the same $$) Just making sure I'll like them before I buy them. So what do you think Jamz, you pleased and can u tell if their better quality/stopping power??

I think they definately stop better than my old OEM rotors & pads (which were worn & warped a little when I put the new ones on)
I got the pads from tirerack (OEM material): lots of brake dust.....could be caused by the drilled/slotted rotors. And lots of squeeking in the summer (but not winter)
I'd match them up with a better pad (than I got) and I think you'd be happy with them
my zinc plating is still holding up well and still don't show very much rust

That's good to know that the zinc plating holds up pretty well. I was a little concerned, due to the weather. I think that the axxis pads that come with the set are a good fit.
well crap. Now ive been doing some searching and reviewing and people say Irotors are crap and to get Brembo or Rotora (although I cant find either for sale...)
I dont know what to do.... (plus, Irotors wants $399 for their set...other members have gotten it cheaper)

Yea I know, which I guess if you add it up, SS braded lines and pads = about $200 so its about the right price...
errr...I guess I might just get them...and *hopefully* they dont break or warp.
Well shit....$438 for the IRotor kit , $75 Eibach Sportlines, $293 Kyb AGX , Camber Kit ~$150 , Install ~$200....
THIS SUCKS.... $1200 for all this shit...

Ouch
Just got the final price for my brake install, inspection, and spark plug install, and man, my butt hurts.
The guy charged me $290 for the pad and rotor installation (pressed on 97) $65 for installing my iridiums, $35 for the inspection, plus a few other random costs. Next time, i'm going to get estimates, before I just show up to a new shop. I think the guy actually charged me more an hour in labor, because I provided all my own parts.

Ouch...well now i might not get the Irotors package because "TampaBayCLS" is offering me a good deal on Brembo rotors and ceramic pads....(just no SS brake lines) Im just afarid to get the Irotors because I know they take the Brembo blanks and drill/slot them inhouse after they've been sealed and sent from Brembo.
The only downside to the Brembo's is that their "Zinc Yellow" gold color...
But, I can get them for $321 + shipping
The Irotors were $440 shipped to me....but they also came with SS lines..
Hummm...decisions decisions......I dont know what to do...
AND, if i go with the Brembos from TampaBayCLS, do I get the X drilled or the Slotted?

doubt it, i believe they're just slotted.
I drove with my irotors on today, trying to bed them in, and man you can definately notice a difference.

yup that's what I was sayin. That's the kit I got, from IRotors, in the pic above.
