Wet Leather

i left my sunroof open the other day (i know i don't need anything about checking before i get out) and it rained the whole inside was soaked and so was the leather. i dried everything off and now a week later i get into my car (it was really hot)
And the armrest leather shrank up and got really stiff and the seats have some hard spots in them. Is there anything to get these out i really don't care about the armrest but the seats i'm afraid that eventually they will crack. I need advice on whAT TO DO!!!
