Well, I got driving lights instead of fogs, hope I don't blind you all...

I'm getting oval driving lights (pattern is not wide like fogs but narrower and far reaching) and I'm going to put either Hella Yellowstars in them or PIAA ion crystal yellows. I'm planning on aiming them lower so they don't blind oncoming traffic as I'll have them on all the time. The driving lights are supposedly used with hi-beams only and fogs are used with low beams but i think the driving lights on with the lows will help in the rain etc.
I'm not sure if I'm running the risk of getting pulled over but I just keep hearing that the fog lights don't help as much as they should in the rain.
