i recently drilled out my air box and took out all the tubes and garb to get more airflow and to get that nice 3.0 growl, and i have this weird humming noise at idle? does anybody know what the problem is ? and what could i do to eliminate this?

 

take out the resonator box under the intake

 

i took the resonator out and all that, it almost sounds like the noise is coming from the throttle body?

You removed and drilled holes in the stuff Honda designed to muffle induction noise.


Put everything back the way it was...

 

yes true, but my buddy did the same thing to his and he has no weird noise at all.and putting it back together is not going to happen.
