i heard D2 n omni are very good, but they aint cheap. i had a question, i kno the 97 doesnt have the stock skirts n lips matching the color of the car. how u did u spend to get it painted?or did u do it yourself? i dont like the plastic black look.

i haven't got my lips painted, there still black..
i actually like the look of the black but my car should be going in for a paint job in the next week or so, then they'll probably get painted..

here's my 2cents about dropping the 3.0, especially the 97, cuz that's what i did.
no matter what kinda drop you get, you WILL need a camber kit. and DON'T get the pin type that replaces the original upper control arm pins cuz they'll creak like a mother fucker!!! it'll never stop!!!
maybe the spc brand, ball joint type doesn't have this problem.
i like my car when it's dropped but i just can't stand the fucking creaking, so i put it back to stock and took out the camber kit.
to answer your question, i had the eibach prokit and Tokico HP shocks setup. it feels pretty nice, not too soft, not too stiff.

I have GroundControl Coilovers with stock struts no camber kit lowerd 1.75 in the front, rear .5 inches ( raked ) my suspesion isnt bouncy, rides smooth but still has that semi firm feel and takes corners very very well but the damping sucks. If you were to take it on not so smooth road high speed stability is sacrafised ( needs better damping) Next upgrade are some tein's As far as tire were, nothing to bad at all. My tires are cheap anyways ( Fuzion ZRI's only 100 a piece ) but good luck on whatever you do.

i searched for 3.0 cl and 94-97 accord. looks like eibach prokit is the only option. eibach didnt make a sportlines for the 3.0 97. now could i get the springs first? or do i need shocks with the springs ryt away? would it mess up my car if i didnt have shocks?

Like ^ said, better to just get it over with even if you have to sacrafise time earning money to do it. D2's are a very good setup and quality ride. The dampening is execellent and they have minimal resistance on the upstroke when you exit and enter corners. Overall, they carry great balance

I have the 3.0 CL V6 97 as well.
I have been looking at these.

Anyone know of these? They are the only ones I could find that actually said they were for the 97 CL V6.
