No, I had a shop do it, they took off my skirts and kept them for a couple of days while I drove around with no skirts, and i just got them put back on today =( ugh, my car looked super ghetto for those couple of days.

looks nice, very nice. let us know how it holds up over time!

anyone with a 98 or 99 model, how are yours holding up after all this time? do you have lots of scratches and/or paint chips?

yeah, can't do much to protect the rest of the car (especially the front) from paint chip damage and such, but it's cool to know your side-skirts are damage free.

Looks really good man. I'd like to do the same to mine but i dont know if i should order new skirts before hand, because mine are pretty banged up. What kind of prep work did they do prior to painting them?

If you've used Armor-All on them before......can you still have them painted....or do you have to buy new ones?

ok..i'm confused.

when i got my CL (used) my sideskirts were already painted, i thought was like a "stock" feature? is it not?

*EDIT* btw the way your CL looks nice w/ them painted...makes it look lower

The only CL's that came with unpainted side skirts are the 97's. All the other other one's came color matched with the car.

the 97 owners get screwed along with not having orange needles and the wood center console with chrome trim around the shifter. and couple other things.
