v2 question

whats up everyone? i just installed my aem v2 and i didn remove the air box from the wheel well. i was wondering if it would be ok if i just left it there or if it would somehow impair some airflow coming from under the wheel well? any help would be great thanks.

2 reasons for CAI 1. being the obv. reason of HP, Tq and it does souns amazing. 2. being the stock air system is heavy including that little air box you are talkin about. The AEM is Very light. our cars are heavy do anything you can to lighten it haha and yes u are def restructing air flow. i even took out my wheel well liner where the filter is for even more ait flow but no reason for thqt any more seeing as the cl is boosted

yea i left the resonator under my wheel well on to because my fenderwell material was all fucked up and i didnt want to mess with it . and i have a V2, so you guys really think that all that shit actually restricts the intake
