Ultimate Suspension- Help!

I have been on this board a long time... Ive read almost everything, and I am as in love with our car as everyone else... but it pisses me off! I hate all of this damn winter weather, because without it... choosing a drop for my car would be so much better. I want 2-3 inches, and a nice ride thats all. But I think I may be forced unwillingly into a complete coil over kit. I want something nice, not a crappy sleeve coilover. More along the lines of a Tein SS. So here is what it comes down to? Is the complete coil over (includes shocks and adjustable springs) worth it!? I need to change the height due to the body componenets and snow, should I say screw it and go with eibach sportlines and some kybs or something?
So here are my choices:
DROP:
#1 Tociko Illumina Coilovers: $759.95 from eautoworks.com.
Pro- Know they have a great ride and are easy to adjust
Con- Will they fit my car?
#2 Tein SS No clue about these? Price? Ride? or anything?
CAMBER:
What do i do here? Remember i am on a crunched budget? Can I get it fixed a a shop or is camber kits a must?

WHAT COILOVERS FIT OUR 97 CL 3.0? MUST IT BE A 97 V6 ACCORD? BECAUSE SOME SAY 97 EXCL. VTEC?? Please help me!

Aaron

Lowering it 2-3 inches and having a "nice ride" is contradictory. Tein SS coilovers are around $1000 if I remember correctly.

i'm pretty sure you can get the Teins for 850 through the group buy. Go look in the blackmarket, a buddy of mine has been selling them like it's nno ones business on this board. Get that and then get the Energy suspension sway bar and end link bushings and you will be fuckin flying!
