engine mods/reinforcement with run u @ least 5gs @ least in the 5 boroughs it will (NYC) i've also heard a shop indelaware that does it for much less im considering it then $$$ for turbo + components and headache on tunning it for months untill u actually get it right thenu have a nice biatch to drive untill u blow it up

If you think about it, it is an investment.
To others however, it may seem like a waste of money.
